Exploring, creating, learning, sharing with full sensitivity and in physical presence of each other.
Five senses is an ensemble of National School Of Drama alumni with a purpose of evolving new performances through exchange of ideas and as well as helping others to explore their creative sides.
We make plays, conduct workshops for actors, corporate, NGO’s and collaborate with various other artists to produce a genuine and heartfelt performance.
FIVE SENSES TEAM
Hardik Shah is a founder of Five senses Theatre Group and has been associated with theater and media since 2007. He holds a postgraduate diploma in theatre from National School of Drama (NSD), with specialization in acting and diploma from Shree Ram Centre for Performing Arts (SRC). He has worked in Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Bhilwara, Gandhinagar and other cities as a theatre actor, director and trainer. He has also done a film appreciation course from SRFTI, Kolkata. He has been part of classic plays such as King Lear – Robin Das, R/Z – Shantanu Bose, Welcome to Thebes – Annie Ruth , just to name a few. Films titled ‘Whiskey is Risky’ in Gujarati and a Malayalam film ‘Venalodungathey’ also add to his credit. His unusual creative style of presenting ideas and directing plays is a treat for genuine art lovers.
Gurinder Sethi, hailing from Punjab,brings with himself a lot of humor and earthiness. He is a post graduate from National School Of Drama with specialization in acting and also a research fellow researching on clowning and devised performances. He has conducted various workshops with actors, students, professionals with an aim of building self confidence and shredding inhibitions through the clowning technique.
Chirag Garg, completed his B.E from Delhi College of Engineering and was working with Avery Dennison Pvt Ltd(a fortune 500 company) before deciding to call it quits and join National School of Drama for masters in theatre art with specialization in acting. He now works as a freelance actor,acting coach and corporate trainer. Have worked with theatre mavericks like Anuradha Kapur,Ranjit Kapur,Abhilash pillai,Santanu Bose ,etc. And has acted in various commercials, short films, and a soon to be released Hindi feature film. He has also been conducting workshops with various institutes, colleges and companies like Godrej.
